The company has developed an internal Innovation Hub where they test innovations, adapting them to the needs of their customers and making it a tool that helps predict market trends and requests. For example, the project “New Fiber” came out of this creative hotbed: a unique mascara brush with three different materials for three different effects; another case is Gressoney, the exclusive lipstick applicator patented by Team Beauty that possesses an innovative reservoir that is able to collect the product and spread it gradually onto the lips resulting in makeup that is precise and impeccable.
