A few days ago, CB Automation unveiled its new visual brand identity that unites the past, present, and (it goes without saying), the future.
In a constantly evolving world, the new logo represents the company’s spirit of innovation and commitment to its stakeholders.
And if “the only constant is change,” the logo too, while remaining connected to the history of CB Automation, reflects its natural evolution. The new logo conveys the company’s values: technology, expertise, reliability, attention to people, and its boundary-breaking vision while always staying true to its roots and the local territory. A modern and futuristic image, aligned with the company’s experiences which it draws inspiration from and remains connected to.
To reaffirm this bond, CB Automation will open its doors to the public during the first edition of the Crema Beauty Days, held from Friday, September 27th to Sunday, September 29th, 2024, in Crema—the symbolic city of beauty and cosmetics manufacturing. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover how everyday medical and cosmetic devices, such as inhalers for asthmatics and perfume spray actuators, are configured and assembled. It will be a unique opportunity not only to get to know an exceptional local business up close but also to understand the inseparable link between technology and human capital.
Here is our interview with Eng. Franco Chiozzi, Managing Director of CB Automation:
Let’s talk about the many new developments from CB Automation this fall: new image, logo, and website.
The recent rebranding reflects our evolution. We are grateful to our original logo, which has served us well with only minor updates over the years, making us recognizable in the market and globally. However, the time has come to “shape” our evolution and open a new chapter in our journey. We did this with a new logo that symbolizes innovation, growth, professionalism, and our vision for the future. A logo that, while maintaining a link to the past, reflects our evolving identity and our desire to be a strategic partner for advanced solutions, embracing the needs of an increasingly dynamic market.
The new website will also be online starting at the beginning of October: redesigned with a modern feel, it is intended to be a user-friendly platform that facilitates communication with and support for the customer. Optimized for more intuitive, accessible navigation and a better user experience, it offers clear and up-to-date content about our services and products. The goal is to strengthen our market presence and transmit a more modern and technology-focused image.
What values do you want to convey with the new image?
The decision to change stems from the desire to better represent the values that set us apart: innovation, reliability, and sustainability. In recent years, CB Automation has invested heavily in research and development to improve its technological solutions and this is reflected in our new image.
With the new logo and revamped website, we want to show that we’re ready to take on the future and have the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing context, while never losing sight of our goal of providing safe, effective solutions. We are aware that technology alone is not enough: trust and constant dialogue with our partners are also essential values that we aim to reinforce with our new corporate image. We want every client to know they can rely on us not only for innovation but also for continuous, reliable, and personalized support.
Obtaining ISO 14001:2015 certification represents a significant milestone for CB Automation as it demonstrates our dedication to environmental management in every aspect of the production process. The added value is that our automation systems are designed to optimize energy consumption, reducing environmental impact and operational costs with direct benefits for our customers.
2023 was a very positive year for you. What can you tell us about 2024?
Our ability to anticipate market needs and offer innovative solutions has allowed us to consolidate our competitive position, not only in Europe but also globally. From an economic perspective, 2023 was a very positive year for CB Automation, with a slight increase in turnover compared to 2022. These results are the fruit of 15 years of work to improve technology, increase efficiency in the design phase, and form new partnerships.
The first half of 2024 confirms this growth trend, with further increases over 2023. Our international expansion is a direct result of the strong performance we’ve achieved in recent years and relationships with major industry players who have gained confidence in our capabilities, opening the door to new projects and new markets.
What goals have you set for the future?
International expansion and continuous innovation top the list. We are working on increasing our presence in new markets, particularly in North America, where we see significant potential for our products. At the same time, we are continuing to invest in R&D to enhance our technological offerings, with a particular focus on digitalization and smart automation.
