Pick Up Service is a partner with whom to study and resolve problems related to the logistical management of company processes that often end up being complex.

This idea that then became a reality was the brainchild of Marco Calabrese and Davide Torrisi. Together, in 2014, they created Pick Up Service: a young yet multifaceted company in constant growth. The numbers demonstrate this: in not even six years they have 160 employees, a revenue of 6 million euros and have obtained the most important certifications in addition to first-class clients.

Pick Up Service covers the global management of warehouses, with numerous in-house services thought up specifically for the companies. In addition to co-packing and general services. They are also very focused on the obtainment of certifications, which makes all the difference.

PEOPLE, A PART OF THE PROJECT

The backbone of the company, as its founders like to highlight, is made up of the people that work for it and that have strong and updating training. This is fundamental for the diversification of the services on offer.

But the added value of Pick Up service remains its employees, who are always placed center stage and therefore are always ‘part of the project’, with tangible results.

Here is just one example, explained by the two owners of Pick Up Service. It’s called Info of 5 (Info di 5) and explains the philosophy that characterizes the company. “Every day, the Director of Production, along with the heads of quality control and associated workers, take part in what we call Info of 5. That is, they meet for 5 minutes to analyze problems that emerged during the day. This small practice has increased productivity and quality in all of our activities”.
