Capardoni has many new ideas. After the acquisition of Novapack International, an Italian company specialized in the sale of perfumes and “factices” (jumbo-sized replicas of the most prestigious perfumes), the Company has laid the foundations to strengthen its position in the field of fragrances and for the expansion of its range of products.
“The acquisition of Novapack represents an important step in our growth strategy. In 2018 we purchased Cosmar Service & Pkg Solutions, and then in 2019 B&B Plastic Moulding and Guiros “, explains Filippo Meazza, Export Sales Manager.
“These moves were made with a specific goal:
- to reinforce our presence on the market,
- to enter the luxury sector, especially thanks to the acquisition of Novapack,
- and to offer tailor-made products as well.
In fact, our strategy is to be able to offer full packaging solutions”.
GREEN PRODUCTS AND INCREASINGLY MORE SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION
The company is working to obtain ISO 14001, which will be a testament to the importance that Capardoni is placing on the environment.
“We are working on different fronts. Besides the strengthening of our position and the development of new products, we improve our production efficiency and reduce environmental impact,” continues the Manager. “We’ve concentrated the manufacturing sites of B&B and Guiros into one structure and by the end of the year we’ll inaugurate a new 3000mq logistics building. One of our assets is in fact the possibility to offer a ready-to-sell product in little time thanks to our warehouse products”.

CAPARDONI GREEN
Sustainability is the underlying theme of many of Capardoni’s products.
With its “Capardoni Green” trademark, the company certifies the sustainable development it’s obtained over the years and identifies the mainstays that must be respected each time that it tests new eco-friendly materials or develops new families of products.
Capardoni has already developed different standard packaging solutions made with materials derived from renewable sources or that are post-consumer sourced. Non only for make up and skincare, but also for fragrances and personal care.
There’s a lot of new offerings as well. Any examples? From green caps for nail polishes to “Woody”, a plastic bio-based closure with added wood pulp. A solution that combines practicality with sustainability.
